Second Album for Ariana Grande? Already?

Yup that’s right. Former Broadway and current Nickelodeon star, Ariana Grande is already gearing up to work on her second album. As you know, her debut album, Yours Truly, debuted number one on the Billboard Charts and she’s the first female artist to do that since 2010 (Ke$ha claimed that spot).

If you haven’t heard Yours Truly or of Ariana Grande, you are seriously sleeping under a rock. The singer can be found on Nickelodeon playing Sam on Dan Schneider’s new show, Sam&Cat, running a babysitting service with her best friend Sam Puckett (yes from iCarly). Ariana gained momentum on the airwaves with her debut single, The Way feat. Mac Miller and has gone on to release two more singles, Baby I and Right There feat. Big Sean. The album is great and fun from beginning to end. I am hoping her next single will be Honeymoon Avenue or Piano before production seriously kicks off for the second album. I am also hoping for another tour. I saw Ariana in concert not too long ago and it was a sell out crowd without an album. So what’s next for the starlet? Sold out stadium tour? Maybe.
